Pick up water-saving tips with Tap Into Savings

Are you interested in saving water and using this precious resource more efficiently in your home? If so, you might like to check out a new initiative that’s planning to involve 10,000 people during 2010.

Tap Into Savings is a scheme that’s up and running in the Midlands, Surrrey and East Anglia to encourage friends and neighbours to team up and find innovative ways of saving water and fuel as well as reducing waste. It has a target of achieving 15 per cent water reduction in its target areas.

If you live in one of the project areas you can join an eco team or request free water-saving devices. But even if you are not the scheme’s website has lots of water- and energy-saving tips to share with you. Check them out here.
